General Return / Replacement Guidelines:
The below General Return / Replacement Guidelines apply on products purchased from OrientCare own online store “orientcare.us” only. And products purchased from a dealer / retail outlet or any other online store can only be Returned / Replaced via the same store according to its respective “Return / Replacement Guidelines”.
- The products damaged during the shipment or with manufacturing faults can only be
Returned / Replaced after due diligence.
- The OrientCare quality assurance team takes 8 working days for the evaluation and verification of such products. Also such products should also fulfill the following Return / Replacement criteria:
- The product is in its original condition (NOT USED).
- All packaging material and accessories (as shipped) are available.
- Warranty card, product stickers or tags, certificates, manuals, etc. are available.
- After the verification process the customer is informed about the acceptance or rejection of the return / replacement claim.
- If the claim is approved then the product is lifted within next 5 working days.
- It will require minimum 7 working days to transfer the refund to an associated bank account provided by the customer once the return is approved. And it will take minimum 8 working days to send the replacement product to the customer.
- *In case of replacement the courier and shipment charges will be borne by the customer.
- Products once received cannot be returned. An online order though can be cancelled at any time before its shipment and delivery.
- The product without fulfilling return/replacement criteria cannot be returned or replaced.
- The return without any reason may apply return charges, including shipment cost, processing charges, and other handling charges and will be deducted from payments deposited to OrientCare.
- The Products purchased in promotions cannot be returned or replaced. However parts of such purchased products will be replaced as per applicable standard warranty claims of the respective product.
- The products once used having operational/performance issues cannot be returned / replaced. However as per company policy the warranty for component replacement (see also Warranty and Claims) can be claimed.
- If the product is not received by the customer due to his/her unavailability and the product is returned then shipment / courier charges will be deducted from the payment.
Note: OrientCare will make 2 attempts to deliver back the product after due confirmations from the customer, if the product is not received, the customer will have to collect it from the designated office directly after paying shipment and courier charges of earlier shipment attempts.
