Guidelines for Claiming Component Replacement Warranty:

The below Warranty & Claim Guidelines apply on products purchased from Orient own online store “orientcare.us” only.  And products purchased from a retail outlet or any other online store can only be valid for Warranty & Claims via the same store according to its respective “Warranty & Claims Guidelines”.

  • The customer must have the DO / original receipt of the purchase, without the receipt the customer cannot claim warranty of the product.
    • The Warranty & Claim will become null and void in case the ‘Orient’ product was given to an unauthorized service center for repairing.
    • Claims made within the terms and conditions of the warranty will only be entertained only after detailed checking and analysis of the product by the authorized/certified technicians of the Company.
    • All customers are requested to read warranty cards carefully and completely to understand better the warranty & claims offered by the company.
    • Products with expired warranty shall be charged as per the company tariff of parts and services.
    • The customer will have to bear the cost of transportation to and from the Company’s service center.
  • The Company and the customer agree that there will be no complete replacement of the ‘Orient’ product whatsoever.
    • Orient on-site technicians will assess the warranty claim for a particular product.
    • In cases where the product requires further evaluation, the customer will have to bear the cost of transporting the product to the nearest authorized OrientCare service center.
    • Once the product is received at the service center, our technicians will then assess the product fault and validate or invalidate the warranty claim.
    • If warranty claim of parts is accepted then depending on the location, required parts may need to be shipped to the engaged service center.
    • The parts delivery to the engaged service center may take 7-10 working days in normal conditions.
    • And if in case parts are not readily available then the shipment may take longer period of time depending on the procurement period of the required parts.
    • Once the component is received, the service center will then replace the faulty component and test the product.
    • Once the product is found to be operating at expected efficiency the product will be delivered to the customer.
    • The customer may be required to pay service and transportation charges separately.

 

  • Orient does not provide any accidental warranty. If the product is damaged through misuse, the customer cannot claim a replacement warranty.
  • Only claims within terms and conditions of the warranty will be entertained.
  • In case of warranty claim Company’s decision will be final and cannot be challenged in any court of law.
  • All correspondence regarding claims should be made to the head office of the Company.
  • The Company and the customer agree to the jurisdiction of courts (---------------only) in case of any legal dispute.
